The Western Front.

I was very fortunate to have grown up with a scientist as a father. To be able to travel the United States and the World at such a young age.
Garcia's, the family's favorite food place. Yes, a casual dive, but the food was irresistible. There was a juke box that had the popular tunes of the 80's; Madonna to Bon Jovi. The place mats on the tables were paper. My father always had a pocket knife, a pen, and another item on hand. The pen always came in handy at this place of family gathering. Those place mats became pieces of art, yet trashed at the end of our stay. I would always ask, "What should I draw?". My father would always reply, "Draw flies."
